1. General Information
1.1 What does SimplyMade do?
We specialize in 3D printing and the production of custom components using FDM/FFF technologies. We carry out projects for the off-road industry (Mud Nozzle), agriculture, automotive, cycling, home equipment, and many other sectors.
1.2 Can I order a product that is not in the store?
Yes. Simply send us a file or describe what you need – we will handle the design and the print.
2. Mud Nozzle and Off-road
2.1 What is the Mud Nozzle?
It is a specialized water pressure-boosting nozzle designed for the effective cleaning of off-road vehicles, especially the chassis and other hard-to-reach areas.
2.2 Can I order spare parts for the Mud Nozzle?
Yes. We produce and supply original components as well as additional accessories (adapters, mounts, tips).
2.3 Can I order a nozzle modification for my specific equipment?
Yes. Just provide the specifications (thread diameter, pressure washer type, etc.), and we will prepare a customized version for you.
3. Agriculture
3.1 What types of agricultural machine parts do you print?
Covers, spacers, mounts, fasteners, adapters, and spare parts for equipment that are difficult to find on the market.
3.2 Are 3D printed parts durable enough for field work?
Yes, we use materials resistant to UV, temperature, and moisture (PETG, ASA, PA-CF). The choice of material depends on the working conditions of the specific element.
3.3 Can you recreate a part that is no longer for sale?
Yes. We need a sample or exact dimensions. We can also scan or measure an existing part to reproduce it.
4. Automotive
4.1 What automotive elements do you print?
Covers, handles, panels, fasteners, audio adapters, and prototype tuning parts.
4.2 Can I order camera/dashcam mounts customized for my car?
Yes. We print custom-sized mounts and brackets to fit specific vehicle models.
4.3 Can printed elements be mounted in the engine bay?
Yes, but in such cases, we use materials resistant to high temperatures, such as ABS, ASA, or PA (Nylon).
5. Bicycles
5.1 What can you create for cyclists?
We produce bottle cages, mounts for lights and computers, covers, repair elements, and tuning accessories.
5.2 Can I order a part for an old bicycle model?
Yes. If the manufacturer no longer offers them, we can recreate the part based on a sample or dimensions.
5.3 Do you make prototypes of bicycle accessories?
Yes, we produce prototypes as well as short series for testing purposes.
6. Home and Interiors
6.1 What home products do you print?
Hangers, organizers, mounts, covers, stands, furniture components, and repair parts for household appliances.
6.2 Can I order an element that matches my interior?
Yes, we can select the color and shape to match the rest of your equipment or decor.
6.3 Do you create decorative elements?
Yes. We print figurines, covers, frames, and various arrangement elements.

7.1 Can I order a unique promotional gadget?
Yes. We print personalized gadgets with company logos, prototypes, and exhibition elements.

8. Returns and Complaints
8.1 Can I return a custom-made print?
No. Products made to individual order are not subject to return unless they are defective.
8.2 How do I file a complaint?
Send a description of the problem along with photos to 📧 biuro@simplymade.pl. We process complaints within 14 days.
8.3 What if the product is damaged during transport?
Take photos of the package and the damage, then contact us – we will file a claim with the carrier and send you a new item.
