Original joystick support brackets on CNH group tractors (New Holland, Case IH) frequently suffer from material fatigue, cracking, or mounting point breakage due to continuous mechanical loads during field operations. This causes loose joystick play and imprecise hydraulic control. Our reinforced joystick support bracket is engineered as a direct replacement for the factory component (OEM No. 47826727), eliminating structural weak spots and ensuring a rigid, stable control assembly.
Engineering Durability from a 3D Micro-farm
Manufactured at our local micro-farm in Godziszka, Poland, using industrial FDM 3D printing technology, this bracket is made from high-rigidity technical polymers. By optimizing internal structural geometry, we significantly increased resistance to bending loads and cabin vibrations. The component is UV-stable, resistant to extreme cabin temperature fluctuations, and immune to cleaning chemicals.
